Atlantic Builders Custom Homes

I have been looking at the Bridgewater for some time with Atlantic builders, finally me and my husband were able to come in and put a contract on the home, I love the product so much I overlook the svc from them. No follow up calls, if u don’t give them that initial deposit there was no interest of a phone call trying to move forward, finally we paid a deposit after we were asked maybe 2 weeks after our initial meeting, after that it was like pulling teeth to get Amanda B to call us back! Even the loan officer at assurance stated that we had a contract with them over a month and he was yet to receive a call back pertaining to the loan. We were blind to the price until we went to the design center which was wayyy out of our budget, after that we called Amanda B to try to make this work but there was once again no interest to make a sale with us. After a week and no follow up we just cancelled! Great house plans from Atlantic builders but good luck on getting them to return calls and following up! Their service was ridiculous! This came from me, my husband, my loan officer, and my realtor! Amanda E, sent me a very warm email at the end AFTER I cancelled which made me feel like they slightly cared. I appreciate that part at the least. It was almost like they had no time for me and my husband. They made us feel less than. Amanda B said she was Off on tuesdays and wed, however we felt she was off everyday but we never got any calls from her! Maybe a email or two and those were docu signs! Someone needs to teach her that service is just as important as sales! Due to her svc We were forced to go to another builder that cares and listens.
