Next month, in June of 2021, Atlantic Builders has decided that some of their communities will no longer simply issues sales contracts against a set of fair and reasonable pricing. Rather, they will begin accepting "offers" from all parties so as to ensure that Atlantic will receive the absolute most money for their side of the transaction, rather than a contract that at execution, will provide a fair and reasonable best value for both sides. This one sided model focused solely on profit, will eventually fail for these reasons. There are many builders. Choose one that you are assured will also have the clients best value.
