Review: I ordered $130.00 worth of magazines from a student selling door-to-door in the neighborhood from Atlantic Circulation, Inc. back in July of 2011.

On October 14th, I contacted Customer Services because I never received the magazines. The Rep stated that the magazines were due to begin in November.

I again called Customer Service on Dec 14th as I had not received my magazines, and she told me that she would cancel my order and refund the $130.00 that I had originally paid by personal check.

On 1/9/12, I received a letter in the mail (dated 12/9/11 ) that stated that one of the magazines I ordered on my Receipt #[redacted], "OK" magazine, was no longer available, and the Customer Service Department asked me to choose another magazine from a list attached to the letter. I wrote on the letter that I had spoke to a Customer Service Rep on 12/14 named [redacted] and requested a cancellation of the entire order and my money refunded, and faxed that on 1/14/12 to [redacted]. I received a confirmation that my fax was sent to this number.

To this date, 3/9/13, I have NOT RECEIVED one penny back from Atlantic Circulation, Inc.Desired Settlement: I would like my $130.00 refunded but not by check because I don't believe the check will clear the bank. I believe this company is a fraud I will only accept a check from another source on their behalf such as a legitimate attorney.

Review: well I ordered a magazine for 2 years and nothing ever showed up or was delivered I called the phone number and was disconnected .

I paid cash , and would like my money returned .Desired Settlement: I would like my money refunded for a total $185.00 for the magazines that never showed up

Review: 7-30-2011 I ordered a magazine subscription from a college girl selling door to door for Atlantic Circulation for $36.2-10-2012 I cancelled my subscription with [redacted] @ Atlantic Circulation due to no deliveries made within THEIR STATED 120 days. I have been waiting nearly 2 years for my refund.Desired Settlement: $36 plus reasonable interest.

Review: [redacted] dba Atlantic Cicrulation Inc dba Blue Dimond Subscriptions was represented by a young man name [redacted] who sold magazines door-to-door. I paid $107.00 by check 7/12/2012 but never received the promised products. I have tried to contact the company on a number of occasions without any response. My complaint is that the company Blue Diamond Subscriptions did not deliver the products promised and I have had no resolution through trying to work with the owner.Desired Settlement: Return of my money

Review: on 10/27/2011 a magazine door to door sales person named [redacted] sold me some magazines. I paid $61.00 by check. I never received my magazine. My order #[redacted] I called and was told the magazine I chose("ok" magazine) was no longer an option and to choose something else. I didn't like any other magazines and requested a refund. I was told by [redacted] to email a request for a refund and I did. I emailed on 1/17/2012. I was told my request was received. I tried calling and emailing again on 3/28/2012 and the number was disconnected and my emails went unanswered. I just moved from [redacted] in [redacted] to [redacted]. also in [redacted] on 11/2/2013 so they had my correct address and I never received my refund. I feel like this whole thing was a big scam and I want my money back. I was sold OK magazine and its not my fault it was offered when it was no longer available. Atlantic circulation never sent me anything or even contacted me to let me know my magazine wasn't coming. Thank You for your time.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded as promised by both a rep named [redacted] and [redacted].
