Atlantic Coast Bank is in receipt of the complaint from Mr*** and offers the following response: We have made several attempts to contact Mr*** regarding payment activity. In addition to phone messages, we mailed a letter on November 20, 2017, and a letter on December 13, 2017,
in an attempt to work with Mr*** to resolve the delinquency. In both bases, the letters were returned to sender unable to forward and/or return to shipper. The Bank is willing to continue to work with Mr*** as long as he continues to timely make the monthly payments. In the alternative, Mr*** may contact the Bank to work out another arrangement. Mr*** must contact *** *** to make payment arrangements. Ms*** may be reached at ###-###-#### or ###-###-#### or email at ***. We want the same desired settlement as Mr***. Thank you

I spoke with Rhonda at Atlantic coast bank twice, the first call I explained the situation and she instructed to wait and see if the payment was sent to them by new mortgage holder The second call was on Thursday when she stated the payment was now reaching day late and would be reported to the credit reporting agency I then explained that I had made no error, I followed their instructions to the letter She stated she would contact the mortgage servicing dept and call me back She has not called back I have her direct phone n
