Review: Dropped car off on January *,2015 [was told must be there to leave on Saturday or Sunday the [redacted].] Car did not get into [redacted] until the morning of the [redacted]. Car back seat dirty. fairly new car no one has ever sat in back seat[I'm older no kids]. I went to clean the fabric seats and found a receipt from an [redacted] Store, in [redacted] , [redacted] on the [redacted] of January. which means car was used and didn't leave from [redacted] until after that date. I have receipt will name of person and time and date. When we called the company [redacted] told me they had to sub work out to another company and my car went on that truck. She questioned the company and received no response. The receipt was not found until two weeks after the [redacted] when I tried to clean the back of the car. She questioned the time. Her mileage went up 185 miles which [redacted] of [redacted] of Atlantic]l It was my mom's first time in [redacted] and took her a week just to unpack the car. She only went to the grocery store and local places approx 25 miles in two weeks. we could not prove that. We had to rent a car for a week which Atlantic after many conversations decided to pay for that or we would file a complaint with the police. The store would not let us see the tapes of that day[to see if my car was in the parking lot] unless we had a police warrant.

On the way home [redacted] promised that the car would get back fast , we dropped the car off at the depo on Thursday April * and as of April [redacted] at 5:17 pm the car was still in [redacted] at the depo, finally got the car back on April[redacted],2015 when the [redacted] wanted to charge us a $25.00 fee for using a charge card because he has to pay 3% to the card company. My son in law told them it was illegal to to that. We did not pay the $25 charge. Paid the bill less the $150 credit for the rental car that cost us $199.00 in January. SO disappointed in the way they handled the whole thing and how defiant they were from the beginning of the problem.Desired Settlement: I asked for no charge for the ride home$750.00 which they refused. Would like a refund but that won't happen, wanted you to be aware of this issue
