As we previously explained, the doctors who had the contract with [redacted] Hospital, known as [redacted] turned this acct over to tour office for collection in September of 2009. They have never been paid for their services.

[redacted] Has the bill for the procedure. All bills were covered by the insurance company according to bill received by medical department. [redacted] has Anesthesia Department and has no record of the bill from this agency. I want the company to source where the debt comes from, who, and where. I was covered by insurance during the time of billing.   It is highly reasonable for insurance to have on file who it claims I owe debt to so I can verify. This debt source can not be located by the hospital.

Review: Atlantic Collection Agency put a collections account on my credit report. It does not belong there.

I was stationed in Groton, CT from 2006-2012. I had a few cardiac issues and saw a cardiologist at [redacted]. I had complete medical coverage through [redacted] due to being in the military. Apparently, [redacted] did not bill [redacted] for a particular procedure I had done. I know this because I have a letter from them stating this. I did not receive a bill of any kind from [redacted]. About a month after the procedure was done (which was in April 2012), they merged with [redacted], another local medical office. I recently ran a credit report since I am looking into buying a house and found this bill on my credit report. I will reiterate that I HAD COMPLETE MEDICAL COVERAGE, it would have been paid. I have a letter stating that [redacted] never received a claim. And I just finally received a "final demand" for payment. I have been trying since January to get this resolved which is when I discovered this on my credit reports. [redacted] can do nothing for me since they did not receive a claim. In fact, since it's been over a year, they may not even pay it if they do ever get around to sending them one. The people at the doctor's office will not work with me since they have merged with another one. They continue to refer me to the collection agency, who have also been dismissive of the issue at best. So now I am stuck with a blemish on my credit report when I am in no way at fault. I can provide evidence of all of my claims.Desired Settlement: This should be resolved between [redacted], and [redacted]. I want them to resolve it and remove this bill from my credit report.

Review: Atlantic Collection agency has an account that has invalid information provided. I have contacted Atlantic to validate the debt on the account and the agency states their claim comes from [redacted] Hospital. I have reached in hopes of resolving the issue and the debt collectors referred me to contact the hospital. The Hospital states that the bill their bills have been paid by medicaid. The hospital also state they they do not refer clients and patients to collection if they have medicaid. I have contacted credit management from the same hospital and they have provided me with the bill. It is impossible for this to ever have been report because I was fully covered by my insurance company, which paid the bill towards [redacted] hospital. I was also never contacted about this bill. Consequently, there is no source of this debt. [redacted] has me covered for the same account june, 8,2009, in which that matter was resolved.I have made numerous attempts to get this issue resolved, and the agency states that it can not be resolved unless it is paid. Not only is the account not legitimate, The collection agency has refused to remove this balance of the consumer's credit report.Desired Settlement: I would like for the collection agency to make adjustments to my credit report.

Review: Agency (Kevin B[redacted]) attempted to collect a debt on behalf of Anesthesia Associates of [redacted] (Dr F[redacted]).

I educated them that the debt was not owed from November 2014, but the collection activity remains on my credit report. I demand that the credit activity be EXPUNGED from my credit report. So far this has not been done.Desired Settlement: EXPUNGE ANY AND ALL MENTION OF THIS COLLECTION. RETURN MY CREDIT REPORT TO ITS STATE PRIOR TO THIS ERROR.
