I rented a room here at the last minute because it was located on beach The overall quality was not great, but acceptable for the location When I checked in I swiped my American Express card and the $was withdrawn Several weeks later they charged me $ Speaking with them on the phone, they claim that the first charge never went through and claim that they charged me $less than what has been withdrawn from my account
So I have to spend my weekend sending them my personal bank statements jumping through hoops to fax them over Meanwhile, I asked for those instructions to be emailed to me and they claimed that they would, but never did send anything so help provide closure to the problem
