The management at Atlantic Cycle &
Power has been
working to return ***’s unit to him operating up to his satisfaction, in
the name of customer service, not out of a legal or contractual obligation, and
intend to continue to do so until the issue is resolved

Review: This is follow up to previous complaint #[redacted]. Previous issue stated I was sold a used [redacted] Jetski which never performed as expected and the jetski has been in the service shop at Atlantic Cycle and power for almost two years with no resolution. I've asked on numerous occasions to be refunded purchase price to no avail and the jetski currently is not useable. I've been paying on a loan since June 2012 and have had no working jetski and it is now June 2014. Next step may have to be litigation in court if no response is received in the next few days from Atlantic Cycle.Desired Settlement: Would like to be refunded purchase price of unit so I don't have to continue paying on a loan for for the jetski I bought that hasn't run properly since I bought it. It was expected to run at a certain level when purchased.

Review: I put my Watercraft in the shop for repair around may or june 2012 and they was havind problems fixing it then they to told me the broke a part or a peice of in the engine and this was around August2012 so I was calling for an update and getting a run around at that point I stop calling so then I get a bill in the mail saying they placed a lien on my watercraft because I didnt pick it up.At that time I guess they were trying to contact me I was dealing with a medical issue at the VA Hospital. Now I talked to the Manager [redacted] the end of Janurary about the Lien and the cost of repairs and [redacted] said pay the old Bill which was $789.00 and come get the watercraft. Now Ive been calling since the end of Janurary to go pick it up and I leave messages 3 times a week and get no return call and evertime I leave a message they tell me I need to wait for [redacted] I called today March 27,2113Desired Settlement: I just want my 2006 YAMAHA SHO WATERCRAFT back

After numerous broken appointments by [redacted], he finally came in and paid the bill and picked up his unit. As far as we know at this point this has been resolved and was surprised to see this query. If there is something else that we are unaware of let us know.
