Review: This office had the wrong address for my claims. They then called me to find out where my money was. I advised them I never received a bill. They accused me of lying. Then changed my address and sent me 1 computer print out that I requested asking them to show me where they billed me. 5 business days later they sent my bill to collections with no notification.Desired Settlement: I want bills pulled from collections and payment will pend the out come of the Insurance companies investigation. If bills are found legitimate I will pay them the balance.
