I am appalled by the disrespect and rudeness from their general manager,TCI was actually calling to ask questions and he assumed I was calling to complainHe laid in to me in an aggressive, sarcastic disrepectful mannerI have honestly never had someone be so rudeI would never recommend this company

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a businessYou cannot get worse customer service than you will get hereThe general manager, TC is by far the absolute rudest person I have EVER metSure they will get the job done and it will take them twice as long as they say and if you question anything be prepared for the general manager, TC to start screaming at youYes, I said the general manager of this company will scream at you if you question anything about the workObviously there is a problem with management here but since it is a "family owned" business you will get no where when you ask to speak with someone elseI asked to speak to his boss, he responded that I had to deal with him ,there was nobody else and he was his own bossHe then went on to tell me how well off his family was....that is after he finished cursing at meThe best part was when my year old handed me the marijuana pipe one of their workers had dropped in my driveway on the 1st dayIf you are choosing this business all I can say is good luck because you're going to need it
