Review: It was our understanding movers would be at the apartment to help unload a moving truck between 3-5 pm. Because we arranged this time, I reserved the freight elevator in my building. The job before mine went late, and due to traffic, the movers arrived at 5:40. At this time, we had already unloaded the truck and asked for their help in putting some of the furniture together. In 40 minutes they could not put together the bed and at this point, we told them to go as we had to take the truck back or be charged additional fees. When we called the next day we were told the resolution was a free "next" move. Quite frankly, they would be the last company I would ever use again. From the time, I filed my complaint, I received return responses that were inaccurate, rude, unprofessional., and even accused me of wanting a "free" move. Such was not the case. I am filing this complaint to alert others and hope that whoever is responding to customers who have engaged their services, and paid with their hard-earned money, at least receive a courteous, professional response.Desired Settlement: A written thank you.
