This is a response to [redacted] file he had been contacted via the phone and promised on different times to satisfy the debtThis loan was opened in June of On October 5,$came in to his account and at that time he was $Atlantic Federal credit union took the monies to pay towards the past paymentsOn 9-27- [redacted] requested a copy of his history watch was mailed to himOn October @3:25pm [redacted] spoke to myself(Tom R [redacted] collection manager) I tried to make him understand that he was past due and we had the right to offset his accountthe conversation did not go well he kept insisting he wanted some of his money backI told him I would not return it to him he needs to bring account current or he was in jeopardy of losing the vehicle [redacted] has had no insurance on his vehicle since July 11,this is a violation of his contract.(notices attached)as a result we will force place and increase his paymentAlso I understand [redacted] has been or is using the vehicle for [redacted] this is also a violation of our contract, this vehicle was purchased for personal use not Liverynot having auto insurance to begin with is very dangerousAttached are copies of his contract with highlighted sections #payments, #Security for the Loan, #Default #Property of insurance, Taxes and fees and #Insurance NoticeThe end result was [redacted] was unhappy with our decision not to return his money

I am rejecting this response because:
My complaint with MrR*** is dissatisfaction with the actions he had taken and how he conducted himself within the conversationAfter explaining to him more than once about the conversation between his account representative and I, MrR*** refused to honor thatHe also reneged on his word that he would call me back the following day to review the phone recording between his account representative and I, to validate if my statement about the conversation was trueIt is not professional to tell a customer "It is not my job to baby sit your account" and "We did you a favor" when it came to wiping my account clean. Neither has MrR*** or any of his account representatives made any attempt to contact me about the matters of my account before hand so to take an affirmative action to do as you please without notification or consent is not right at allNow my direct deposit is altered with my accountMy account is entered on Thursday, leaving the loan due on Friday every week leaving me noway to catch up on my loan because fees being appliedNone of the staff notifies my of any transactions done to my account and as far as ***, I began when I first purchased the car with the *** *** for an approximation of a year in Then I had insurance and that has nothing to do with my refinance contract with ATLFCU.If MrR*** wanted to do any favors as he stated, he would contact his customers and notify them of any problems before it escalates and try to help them other than be rude and not honor what he or his representatives say to a customer

took the monies to pay towards the past payments. On 9-27-2017 [redacted] requested a copy of his history watch was mailed to him. On October 5 @3:25pm [redacted] spoke to myself(Tom R[redacted] collection manager) I tried to make him understand that he was past due and we had the right to offset his account. the conversation did not go well he kept insisting he wanted some of his money back.
