gave him, it was just to help them out to pay their electric and water bills, because they were complaining that they had lost their waterOther than that it has nothing to do with the contractWe did not lie about anything to the customer, because everything they need to know was clearly written in the contractWe are a family-owned business and we would like to resolve this problem

Doesn't answer phone, when they did they promised to show up and never did, once they put fence up we noticed poor workmanship, splits in wood, missing nails, uneven Does not stand behind their workWill not answer phone

Complaint:
I am rejecting this response because: They are a fraud and absolute liarsI barely complained because the SCHEDULED payments barely ended and the payment was just UNEXPECTEDLY taken outThe REMAINING payments are NOT finance charges they are PAYMENTS that MUST be made in order to KEEP the jewelery! This was NOT explained on 12/24/Had it been we would NOT have signed ANYTHING or LEFT the store with their merchandise! They are a FRAUD and a SCAM! I am reporting them to the FINANCE company TEMPOE and going to show them a copy of the ORIGINAL receipt which clearly states that there is a GOLD ring AND a SILVER ring for the $value and show them the FAKE receipt that L*** had printed on 5/15/with the BACK DATE of 12/24/and states that there is ONLY ONE ring the SILVER ring for the $valueL*** INSTRUCTED me to LIE and DEFRAUD the TEMPOE companyThese people clearly just take advantage of people who cannot afford a REAL jewelery store, I HAD to use them because I have NO credit and thought they were blessing, just to come to find out that I was RENTING the jewelery! Why on earth would someone with little money agree to Pay $every two weeks for months only to SEND the jewelery BACK!?!?! They LIED to US on 12/24/TOLD us to DISREGARD the statements on the bottom that they did NOT mean anything UNLESS we did NOT make the payments! I would love for them to pull the
video from 12/24/15 and from 5/15/16! L*** is sneaky lying con artist!
She even called the male store manager and they both tried to pretend like he
was a representative from TempoeShe acted and from the message they sent are
still acting like they do not know how they’re store and financers workTrying
to call the extra payments finance charges! She made us a fake receipt back
dated not knowing the contracts we have here at home have the original date and
time stamp that differ from fake receipt she gave us yesterday! She should have
just done the right thing and took the merchandise back and let Tempoe refund
us our money, instead she had a fraudulent receipt printed and then instructed
us on how to defraud Tempoe in order to get them to stop taking out payments!
