I am here responding the complaint case above that I received on July 25, Due to untruthful of the customer's statement, I spent long time look into the matter.After review, I found couple issuesFirst, the customer called in request cancellation on 05/11/As he requested, we mailed the cancellation form which included cancellation procedure and the address for returning terminal and cancellation form on 05/12/It is the customer's responsibility to read the cancellation procedure and return the terminal to collect addressSecond, the terminal was not returned until 7/26/The $was for not returned terminal within in ten days after request of cancellationThis was stated on the cancellation form and the contract when the merchant sign up with usAll the documents have been signed properly in written by the customerAfter all, it is the customer’s responsibility to review the contact before signing.Thank you very much for your helpIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us

several phone calls regarding this merchant, but it always a gentlemen "claiming” calling from *** ***, not the ownerAs for professional manner, we could only speak to our customer, or the merchant, not someone else from other businesses.Also, the merchant does have contract with us, both for equipment leasing and merchant accountFor the pos system, it is $down-payment, and $monthly fee, which is a non-cancellable a leaseWe are capable to collect all month payments for total of $3,plus $2,down-paymentHowever, the owner changed her mind and stopped the paymentFor merchant account, she is in month contract as wellWe also could charge her $early termination feeNow we only charge $pos system sfee and $shippingIf she is not appreciating our goodwill, we are going to send her to collection or further legal actions.Thank you very much for your helpIf you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.Regards, Zhen Y*

called in request cancellation on 6/3/2016. However, terminal was not returned until 6/29/2016. The $500.00 was for not returned terminal within in ten days after request of cancellation. This was stated on the cancellation form and the contract when the merchant sign up with us. All the documents have been signed properly in written by the customer. After all, it is the customer's responsibility to review the contact before signing. Also, writing or talking in profanity is a very immature behavior and does not help resolving the issue. I am here responding the complaint case above that I received on March 4, 2016. Due to untruthful of the customer’s statement, I spent longtime look into the matter.After review, I found the customer stopped using our service on 8/30/2015. The merchant called in for cancellation on 10/2/2015....

However, terminal was not returned until 11/25/2015. The initial $495.00 was charged on 11/16/2015 for not returned terminal within in ten days after request of cancellation. This was stated on the cancellation form and the contract when the merchant sign up with us.After all, we issued a credit of $425.00 ($495.00-$75 account closing fee) in check to the customer on 1/28/2016. The check was mailed to the address requested by the customer. Minimum monthly charges applied to an open account without transaction are nonrefundable.Thank you very much for your help.
