Company is very unreliable. Granite & backsplash was supposed to be checked by owner Carrie and she kept saying she would show up to see the imperfections, and never came back. They left the backsplash unfinished without having it sealed and they never came back to install switchplated that they promised to put back. They left us with outlets hanging out of the wall. The owner's husband came out to try & polish out the marks from the stone and he removed the gloss on the corners and was very arrogant. He left saying he would send someone to polish it and we paid the company in full and they never returned.

I had used Atlantic Granite about 6 years ago to install my kitchen granite. We had a very nice experience back then. I have recommended them high over the past 6 years. I called them over a month ago to resecure a kitchen sink. They happened to answer the call that day and said they would call back on Monday to schedule an appointment. They did not call so I called again on Monday and again at least 6 times over the next week always getting a recording. I left messages each time yet never received a call back. I called on and off over the next month leaving messages and never receiving a call back. My last call a week ago, they answered the phone and said the would come out the following Friday and would call Thursday to confirm. Never received a call on Thursday and left several messages to please call to confirm. No call and no one showed up. to sure what has happened over the past 6 years but I will certainly NEVER recommend them to anyone and advise anyone looking for granite to look elsewhere!
