I was diagnosed with *** *** and received a script for a consult and speech therapy treatment April of I received an evaluation which was covered under my insuranceI then went to two speech therapy sessions which my insurance deniedI stopped treatment and contacted the billing department multiple times regarding this mostly through email which I savedI did this so I can appeal the denial of coverage with my insuranceI was told there were no bills regarding this treatmentIn late December I received a phone call stating I have one outstanding bill for one of the speech therapy treatment of the two I receivedWhen I called the agent said the bill was sent for investigation that is why it did not show upI can not now appeal this bill due to their negligence
