I am not at all a person that writes reviews but this is a situation where I feel I owe it to the company to let others know how good they are! Lately I have had an issue where when I drain my tub the basement toilet gurgles and bubbles and empties itselfThen water would gush out a floor drain and it ruined all my carpets and went under my walls and cabinets so I have to tear it all out I called Advantage and they promptly sent me a vacuum truck to clean my septic tank The guy REALLY knew his job well! He ran some diagnostic checks and we realized the toilets were not draining back properly so he did some wicked trick with a bucket and a string and he basically vacuumed out the house drain line that runs to the septic tank What he found was a large obstruction in the line That guy really saved the day! He also saved me a pile of money that I would have had to spend on a plumber! This is why its so nice to have a guy that really knows his job! I cant say enough good things about this company!
I had the fellows from Advantage Waste remove an underground storage tank in the summer of Familiar with the usual UST 'horror stories', this was causing me much stress as I searched for a quality vendor, crossing my fingers everything would turn out fine
I found Neil, Aubrey and John pleasures to deal withNeil explained the entire process to me in great detail (permits, soil analysis, remediation etc.), produced a detailed quotation which he stuck to completely, didn't try to add in extras - just kept it simple
The guys on the machine were efficient, courteous and skilledThey didn't make any more mess than necessary, and made sure everything was buttoned up before they leftMost importantly, they treated my property as if it was their own, which is not very common
I could not be more pleased with the way everything turned outI highly recommend calling Advantage!
