Ms [redacted] and Ms [redacted] purchased a lot model home that had been on our lot for over a year Please see attached purchase and sale that states no cosmetic warranty We have been out to the home to repair pieces of broken skirt but I do not understand how concrete fronted skirt can warp I have also attached a copy of the final set up inspection that was done on 5/16/with Ms [redacted] stating that the home is where she wants it, it is level and all doors and window work You will note that there are no unacceptable conditions listed on this anywhere I would like to know why the customer feels that the front door now needs to be replaced months after living in the home, why she feels the back door is put on wrong when it came that was from the manufacturer and the issue with the ice shield I have called the manufacturer to find out if this home was supposed to come with ice shield and I am waiting for a call back I have also never seen an inspection report from any other company regarding this home I did reimburse Ms [redacted] for service work done on the plumbing in the amount of $by our check number [redacted] on 6/8/and sent a service tech to the home to make skirting and light switch repairs on 7/21/

First let me address the response to your from themIt addresses we, the [redacted] as the customers “It’s as if we never had a real relationship with usDo they even remember us, or know who we are or our homes?” Next there isn’t any signature from them, on this responseHow do you or we know who is communicating with us? It could be an office staff or sales deptWhen it should be the managerWhy are you not insisting on a name attached to this? This is most inappropriate and incompletePlease find out who is handling this as you and we should both know who this is, I need to know when you respond to meThanksLastly, we were never provided with a homeowner manual “when we purchased this new homeTherefore, I ask that Camelot find such a manual and provide us with one so that I may refer to this as is my rightSo please send this manual to us, CamelotYou know we have had problems with this home since even before we moved into itWe asked to for assistance then and had to file a complaintOne issue was the roof shingles that were blowing off and they had to replace themMy neighbors saw some of this as they were driving by and called me out let me knowThe other issue was my window is losing their seals and being covered with a snowflake like filmA third of the home has this which began to occur a year after we moved inI contacted Camelot who informed me that this company went out of business, my problem? They would not replace them, so what about a warranty, then? The seals were broken on the windowsClearly Camelot does not care about their customers or their own reputationUnbelievableThis home was to be our dream homeWe replaced our burned out home with this oneNeighbors and sometimes even strangers stop by and comment on our “beautiful” homeThey asked who built itWe tell them, but we also tell them of all the problems we have experienced with CamelotAll trueThis is not a positive referral for CamelotObviously the customer is not #1-$$$$ is! On closing, I am requesting the name of the respondent, the #manager and the “homeowners manuals warranty” Please provide all of the above to meThe AG would be interested in this I’m sureLet’s resolve this now, please

While I sympathize with the customers on their issues, it has to be noted that the home was purchased in October There have been several severe winters since the purchase of their home including the storms of this past year Their shingles came with a separate warranty as well at a separate structural warranty that the owners have to initiate themselves All homes come with a detailed homeowners manual from the manufacturer that is placed in the homeThe Homeowners should look to this manual for homeowner maintenance issues and what their responsibilities are and look to their warranties that came with their homes for other issuesI do apologize that they did not receive a return call

I have attached a copy of the purchase and sales which clearly states that the home is sold as is where is with no warranty. it also states all repairs done home is as is where isSet up and delivery only, no utility hook ups, no crack repair, and only the oil barrel. I have also
included a copy of the used home closing agreement, both signed by the customerI'm sorry they are unhappy but they purchased a used home as is

*** *** or service manager left a message on Mr***s phone to call him so we can set a day and time to take care of the issuesI also sent him an 'e' mail stating the same

I am not going to address the *** issues on whether we know who they are or if we remember them or their home as it has no bearing. The fact remains that the home was purchased in and was a stock unit for over days before the purchased itnever the less the home came with a year manufacturers warranty and a year structural warranty through *** *** *** or *** *** *** (the parent company) If they lost this paper work or if it was never given to them as they claim they may call the manufacturer of their home for a replacement***Camelot does not remove the warranty books from the homes but since the home was on the lot as a display it is however possible that anyone walking through the home to view it could have removed it I suppose. I believe the *** are under the impression that Camelot built the home. We are only a dealership, not a builder and therefore do not have the information they are looking for on the windows or the warranty. I have no record of the constant problems or requests for service that they are claiming to have made and this home is years outside of their year warranty date. I am sorry that they are not happy and I understand that I will not make everyone happy with my response but at this date and with the claims that the *** are having I believe they would be best answered by the Manufacturer of the home

Ms *** and Ms*** purchased a lot model home that had been on our lot for over a year. Please see attached purchase and sale that states no cosmetic warranty. We have been out to the home to repair pieces of broken skirt but I do not understand how concrete fronted skirt can
warp. I have also attached a copy of the final set up inspection that was done on 5/16/with Ms*** stating that the home is where she wants it, it is level and all doors and window work. You will note that there are no unacceptable conditions listed on this anywhere. I would like to know why the customer feels that the front door now needs to be replaced months after living in the home, why she feels the back door is put on wrong when it came that was from the manufacturer and the issue with the ice shield. I have called the manufacturer to find out if this home was supposed to come with ice shield and I am waiting for a call back. I have also never seen an inspection report from any other company regarding this home. I did reimburse Ms*** for service work done on the plumbing in the amount of $by our check number *** on 6/8/and sent a service tech to the home to make skirting and light switch repairs on 7/21/

First let me address the response to your from them. It addresses we, the [redacted] as the customers “It’s as if we never had a real relationship with us. Do they even remember us, or know who we are or our homes?” Next there isn’t any signature from them, on this response. How do you or we know who is communicating with us? It could be an office staff or sales dept. When it should be the manager. Why are you not insisting on a name attached to this? This is most inappropriate and incomplete. Please find out who is handling this as you and we should both know who this is, I need to know when you respond to me. Thanks. Lastly, we were never provided with a homeowner manual “when we purchased this new home. Therefore, I ask that Camelot find such a manual and provide us with one so that I may refer to this as is my right. So please send this manual to us, Camelot. You know we have had problems with this home since even before we moved into it. We asked to for assistance then and had to file a complaint. One issue was the roof shingles that were blowing off and they had to replace them. My neighbors saw some of this as they were driving by and called me out let me know. The other issue was my window is losing their seals and being covered with a snowflake like film. A third of the home has this which began to occur a year after we moved in. I contacted Camelot who informed me that this company went out of business, my problem? They would not replace them, so what about a warranty, then? The seals were broken on the windows. Clearly Camelot does not care about their customers or their own reputation. Unbelievable. This home was to be our dream home. We replaced our burned out home with this one. Neighbors and sometimes even strangers stop by and comment on our “beautiful” home. They asked who built it. We tell them, but we also tell them of all the problems we have experienced with Camelot. All true. This is not a positive referral for Camelot. Obviously the customer is not #1-$$$$ is! On closing, I am requesting the name of the respondent, the #1 manager and the “homeowners manuals warranty” Please provide all of the above to me. The AG would be interested in this I’m sure. Let’s resolve this now, please.
