I am currently suing Atlantic Homes/Kitchen & Baths for a return of my $5,000.00 deposit given to [redacted]. He has changed the name of his company from Atlantic Homes to Atlantic Kitchen & Baths. He signed a contract to design and potentially build. He never completed the design and refused to give me a refund. He is a liar and theft.
