The Revdex.com has asked that we respond to your inquiry submitted June 27, 2017.
We received and deposited your check in the amount of $181.10 on June gth 2016, just as you
stated. On that day,...
your check was applied to the wrong account number. When you notified
us by email on 6/21/17 the agent checked your account and did not see any payments applied
and notified you of this on 6/22/17. You sent two additional notices on Friday June 23d and
Sunday June 25th~ The notice on the 25k” contained a copy of your bank statement showing the
cleared funds and a copy of the duplicate check from your check book. On Tuesday the 27th of
June, we found your misapplied payment from 6/8/17 and applied it to your account.
We apologize for applying the funds to the incorrect policy and any inconvenience or concern
this caused you. Thank you for your patience while we researched the issue. If you have any
additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
