The business failed to complete the job, yet the original asking price to complete the entire job was prepaid and then "he did not remember" about the second part of the jobAnd I believe thatI have used them for years with great satisfaction, in fact what they did with this faux [redacted]  bag was great It started with mending the shoulder strap and "dying/cleaning" where the handles were removedThey did cut the areas but did not dye or do anythingI trusted him for whatever he could do based on past performanceNothing was further don to correct Adding to this I asked if I could pick up before/around noon as I had afternoon plansHe said yesI called hat morning and they had not "finished" please come after 3:I told them I was trying to get out of Richmond by 1:He could not have finishedI changed plans and went there at 3:and this is what I got a half completed job The money is not the issue but I took him at his word and it was not done

We didn't touch anything else except both side shoulder strap shoulders and we charged what we didWe don't do home made jobs hereIf he needs another job, we have to discuss what we are going to do and estimate. Thank You Moon
