In response to the complaint from [redacted] I will address each issue in order:Told it would take hours to get to [redacted] She wanted to be there by 6pm Typically it takes between (no traffic) to hours to get to a major event at [redacted] depending on traffic She originally scheduled the pick up for 3pm We changed the pick up to 2:at no extra charge Customer wanted to leave earlier but was unwilling to pay extra We did assure here that we make multiple trips yearly to [redacted] and although close, they should get there on timeYes, we do have flat rate pricing for concerts but not for a pick up time of their choosing If she had back stage passes that they paid "thousands of dollars for", paying for a couple of extra hours for the limousine I would think, would not have been an issueWaited 1/an hour to fix limousine before they could leave GPS records, (attached) show the limousine arriving at 2:13pm (early) By 2:33pm they were going down the roadTurning the a/c on was nothing more than the flick of a switch She also states they wanted to cancel and/or end the reservation but no call was made to our office by the customer or the driver indicating an issue She states she had to "wait minutes" when in fact they were on the road within minutes of arrival and of scheduled arrivalNo bathroom stop GPS records indicate and driver confirmed, they asked to stop at NH liquor store They arrived at Liquor store at 3:11pmWent an hour out of the way for another bathroom stop GPS records indicate they left the highway at 4:34pm This exit was taken at the INSISTENCE of the customer The driver knows this exit well as its the exit we use for one of our biggest commercial clients (27A) and knows it is not a good bathroom stop He tried to tell customer to wait for the next exit but they insisted They were back on the highway at 4:50pmminutes later Drivers states that they did not want to make anymore stopsLate to the show Customer exited the car at the concert between 7:09pm and 7:13pm The limousine was parked and off by 7:15pm Upon exiting a tractor trailer was broken down on the off ramp side for [redacted] center This caused an hour delay and can be confirmed by the [redacted] Police department Had this unexpected delay not occurred we would have arrived by 6pmWould not take us home A driver would have no problem leaving a concert early as they get paid either way In here originally email (attached) t she states "we did not stay but an hour at the concert because we had missed everything" The limousine was not started again until 11:13pm, hours later [redacted] center has a designated parking area for limousines It has been the same place for years Had she asked any staff member they could tell her where the limousines park Limousines are not allowed to pick up or drop in any other areaMissing items, windows open, smoking In here email to us she states that they were reprimanded by the driver for smoking in the limousine Her reply was they didn't smoke cigarettes This part is true They were reprimanded for smoking Marijuana not cigarettes The windows were down to air out the limousine from the smell The customer should have been charged for this Missing items? Our driver is not a thief and we believe this assault against his character could warrant legal action on our part She is free to call the police department and file a complaint, she has not done so.At the drop off point this customers "friend" asked our driver if he would take her home in Portland This was not the original plan, she was planning on getting out at the customer house but told our driver she could not be with her friend any longer due to her volital condition Our drivers are instructed to end the charter when the customer gets out but, at driver discretion, they may make additional drops GPS records indicate the diversion to Portland en route to our facility in WestbrookIt should also be noted that per the driver, the friend kept apologizing for the customers behavior Sadly I do not have the friends contact info, this is information that we typically don't need This was a standard trip to [redacted] Leaving at 2pm, had the road not been blocked would have got them there on time We will make any stops the customer wants along a route and advise them how the stops are impacting their arrival time Her driver is one of the most successful, most requested drivers we have (we have drivers)Their is no way what so ever that this driver acted in the manner she is describingAnd, since most of what she states about the timeline is false, one can assume the entire story is fiction We have documentation to disprove most of what she is saying She had a seasoned professional driver and a limousine in flawless condition Atlantic Limousine did nothing wrong and we want this report stricken from our record with the Revdex.com immediately

Since accurate satellite GPS reports contradict much of what Atlantic Limousine is being accused of and, as the character of our driver is beyond reproach we are taking no further action Atlantic Limousine is the leading luxury transportation Coin the state and we take great pride in our fleet of vehicles and a drivers that, have a combined experience of over years The "story" she is telling may be how she recalls it but it is in no way shape or form anywhere near the truth I invite anyone to come and see the limousine in question at a time of their choosing and meet this alleged horrible person It is sad that someone would go to such great lengths to disparage a person or company with such slanderThis will be our last response to the issue

This place is lieing and if he wants I can get my friends information she will state everything I have said is trueHis statement is totally and I as well have more than enough information on everything that I said is trueI did not get to use my backstage passes, ignored us the whole time, did not want to use the quicker way I had mapped outThere was no accident that was around us at allHe took that exit on his own and it took over an hour to go through that way and he picked it not meAs soon as he went to exit I said please stop and turn around this is not an exit, I have been down this road before it took us around this whole lake and it defiantly wasn't on the wayHe totally went out of his way to make our time miserableAnd his rudeness when I would ask something to be completely ignored is the most discusting thing I could possible think ofAs for not wanting to pay like I said I was quoted for concert not per hourHe tried to charge me more when I said I wanted to be picked up at I thought that was very unprofessional and he is trying to take advantage of hard working people such as myselfNot to mention the experience I have to go through because of thisI get anxiety even thinking about how I was treated, including my friendHow my things were gone through, and how some of my personal items were now missingI do not drink, I do not smoke cigarettes, as for him saying marijuana that is totally un trueI am not going to sit by and be lied about and I did not want to press charges because I did not want to have to keep re living this horrible life changing experienceI am one that likes to move onIt seems that they are unwilling to admit any wrong doingI know I was totally ignored the ENTIRE timeGot laughed at in my face when I asked if he went into my personal things and asked why the windows were downThey limo was far from being in perfect working conditionNothing worked in itMost importantly he lied, ignored us, would not even answer us when we asked a question, went through my personal property, disrespected my friend and I and just was the rudest, nastiest person I have ever came across my entire life

depending on traffic.  She originally scheduled the pick up for 3pm.  We changed the pick up to 2:30 at no extra charge.  Customer wanted to leave earlier but was unwilling to pay extra.   We did assure here that we make multiple trips yearly to [redacted] and although close, they should get there on time. Yes, we do have flat rate pricing for concerts but not for a pick up time of their choosing.  If she had back stage passes that they paid "thousands of dollars for", paying for a couple of extra hours for the limousine I would think, would not have been an issue.2. Waited 1/2 an hour to fix limousine before they could leave    GPS records, (attached) show the limousine arriving at 2:13pm (early).  By 2:33pm they were going down the road. Turning the a/c  on was nothing more than the flick of a switch.   She also states they wanted to cancel and/or end the reservation but no call was made to our office by the customer or the driver indicating an issue.  She states she had to "wait 25 minutes" when in fact they were on the road within 10 minutes of arrival and 3 of scheduled arrival.3. No bathroom stop    GPS records indicate and driver confirmed, they asked to stop at NH liquor store.  They arrived at Liquor store at 3:11pm. 4. Their is no way what so ever that this driver acted in the manner she is describing. And, since most of what she states about the timeline is false, one can assume the entire story is fiction.   We have documentation to disprove most of what she is saying.  She had a seasoned professional driver and a limousine in flawless condition.  Atlantic Limousine did nothing wrong and we want this report stricken from our record with the Revdex.com immediately.

Since accurate satellite GPS reports contradict much of what Atlantic Limousine is being accused of and, as the character of our driver is beyond reproach we are taking no further action.   Atlantic Limousine is the leading luxury transportation Co. in the state and we take great pride in our fleet of 14 vehicles and a drivers that, have a combined experience of over 100 years.  The "story" she is telling may be how she recalls it but it is in no way shape or form anywhere near the truth.  I invite anyone to come and see the limousine in question at a time of their choosing and meet this alleged horrible person.   It is sad that someone would go to such great lengths to disparage a person or company with such slander. This will be our last response to the issue.
