Review: Hello Revdex.com- I come to you as my last resort because I got ripped off from $400 from a "employment placement company"I found them on Indeed while looking for a job and emailed them my resume. I went in for an interview on 8/**/2013 and was "hired" on the spot. They made me sign a contact (I have a copy if you need me to provide you with it) and told me I would be hired all I needed to do is come in for an OSHA training. They proceeded to tell me that this would cost me $400 and once I was certified I could start working immediately. I didn't have the completed money that day so I paid $ 125 and I was told to come in on Saturday 8/**/13 for my OSHA class and to pay the rest of the fee. When I came in on Saturday they told me that the class was full of the people that paid the whole total and I would have to come back another day. So I paid them the remainder of the total and they schedule me to come in on Tuesday for my training class. I gave them a total and $400. I came on Tuesday 9/*/2013 and they told me my training class was canceled. They scheduled me for 9/*/2013 for my class. I went in and they told me that the class was cancelled again. I had my daughter do some research on the company and she found out that they are a SCAM. They scam people out of money and do not put them in job placements or training classes. I cannot afford to lose my money. I am on unemployment and really need this money. How are they able to do this? Please HELP!Thanks you.Desired Settlement: I want my money back. Every single penny.

Review: I accepted an interview for an advertisement that stated a company was searching for porters to hire. When I arrived at the interview I was asked for an initial fee of $125 for training for the job. The interviewer did not mention anything about being a recruiting agency until I had read through the contract and returned to ask for a refund at which point I was asked to file a refund request form. I made the attempt to call after 8-10 business days but have not received a replyDesired Settlement: A refund along with the return of any copies of my resume , social security and drivers license

Sincerely,

Review: On June **, 2013, I acquired the training programs from Atlantic Management USA CORP for an OSHA 10 hour course. When I purchased the training program for $400, I signed a contract detailing the certification I was going to receive. As of today, I have only received a certificate of completion of the 10-hour training on June**, 2013, what I am missing is an official OSHA ID Card. I have repeatedly contacted [redacted] at ###-###-####, and he just gives me the run around. I also have visited the office on [redacted] and they keep giving false dates as to when the ID Card is set to arrive. I have miss out on job opportunities due to the lack of the OSHA ID Card. As part of their training programs, they also have job placement and that's another service they haven't provided. I need your help as soon possible. Thank you in advance for your time.Desired Settlement: I would like the OFFICIAL OSHA ID CARD or refund of the $400.

Review: I found out about Atlantic Management USA Corp. by reading an advertisement on the newspaper, EL DIARIO. The advertisement offered employment with wages from $12 per hour to $18 per hour. I was interested and called. They told me that they offered employment on hotel maintenance. The service required you to present your identification, social security or IRS number, and two pieces of evidence regarding your address. With all of these requirements, I went to their office. When I arrived, they told me that they were OSHA and were associated with the labor union. In order to get employed I had to pay $445.00 for my cleaning license, my OSHA card,my uniform, health insurance, and the application for the union. I also had to take a "10 hour OSHA class", which was actually 1 hour and half. After that, I was told that they would call me for my job interview and my OSHA card, which would arrive in a week. They never called me and when I called them, they never answered. I haven't gotten my OSHA card and whenever I go to the office, they receive me with an attitude and without any respect. After insisting a lot I was interviewed and I got a referral form to work in the company: Commercial Cleaning Contractors. The address of this company was not accurate and when I arrived there, there was no cleaning company. Instead there was another company called Sunshine and they had nothing to do with Atlantic Management. Sunshine told me that I was the fourth person who had been there for the same purpose. This happened to many other people. Their job placement addresses were incorrect and the companies never existed. It was all a lie and they won't give me back my money. It also turned out that the OSHA trainer was a construction worker and the company had charged people different prices such as $100 and $500 for the same purpose. This is a fraud and it has happened to a lot of people. I have evidence regarding the company's charges and their insolent ways to treat clients.Desired Settlement: In order to settle this issue, I want Atlantic Management to return my money and all of my information, because my identity is at risk. It is not fair for me to pay a big price and not get what I paid for. I was disrespected and they do not have the right to treat anyone like that. This business should be closed by the government, because it doesn't exist online and there are a lot of fraud victims. They charge people random prices and take advantage of their innocence.

Review: Atlantic Management USA Corp is a fraudulent company dedicated to stealing hundred and hundreds of dollars from unemployed individuals. Yesterday, I was informed by my father that he was going into the office to pick up an OSHA certificate. I was also informed that he paid $500 for this "OSHA training." As I walked into the office I noticed the room was crowded with people also receiving the certificate. After that they were supposed to be told where their job placement was and asked by rude and degrading employees to purchase a maintenance uniform for another $90. I started putting two and two together. While I waited for my father to desperately get a "job," I went online and started doing some research. This company does NOT exist online. I also asked for the OSHA's trainer authorization card and the trainer was not there. I told the owner that OSHA clearly states that "An individual who completes an OSHA outreach trainer course is provided an OSHA authorized trainer card. This card indicates the expiration date of the trainer's authorization. If the authorized trainer who issued the OSHA Outreach student course completion card wishes to verify the authenticity of their own authorized trainer status, the trainer can provide their OSHA trainer card, which will include the name and phone number of the authorizing training organization. The authorizing training organization can verify the status of the trainer. Please note that in most cases, the authorizing training organization is an OSHA Training Institute Education Center."He then failed to show me any type of of documentation from OSHA or any business licenses. At this point the owner and workers were furious about the questions I was asking and that I had absolutely no right to be digging into their business even if I was paying money. 5 men from the office got up and started arguing with me as if they were going to hit me. They threatened me and my father and started pushing us out the room insulting us and harassing us.Desired Settlement: I would like to get ALL of my father's money refunded and for this fraudulent "company" to be fully investigated and shut down. What they are doing is wrong! They are stealing people's money that are desperate for jobs and that are hungry. I want this company to be shut down.

Review: On May **, 2013, I paid $399 to Atlantic Management USA Corp. to send me to a security training school to be trained as a security guard and to help place me in a job as a security guard. But since Atlantic Management USA Corp. was not able to fulfill their part of the agreement, I asked for a refund. I was told by [redacted], the person to whom I gave my money, to go to the Atlantic Management USA Corp. office and to fill out a refund form. On Friday, May **, 2013, I went to the office and filled out the refund form, and I was told by the receptionist, [redacted], that it would take three to four weeks for me to get my refund. It has already been more than three months, and I still haven't gotten my refund. I have shown up at the Atlantic Management USA Corp. office and I have called the office asking about my refund, but all that the receptionist, [redacted], had been able to tell me was that she did not have my refund available because her boss had not made it available for me. [redacted] told me that she did not know what was going on with my refund, and that all she could do was to let me know when her boss made it available for me. I, then, got in contact with [redacted] and he told me to go into the office and talk to him. I went into the office on Tuesday, July **, 2013 and the manager was there, so I explained the situation to the manager. The manager and [redacted] talked, and the manager told me that he was going to approve my refund but that I had to go a week later to pick it up. When I showed up a week later on Wednesday, July **, 2013 for my refund, the manager told me that his boss, [redacted], was on vacation and that he was the only person who could approve refunds. The manager told me that [redacted] was going to be back in two weeks and that I should show up then. I showed up two weeks later on Friday, August *, 2013, and the manager told me that [redacted] still hadn't gotten back from his vacation and that he was finally going to be back the next week on Thursday, August **, 2013. On Thursday, August **, 2013, the manager sent me a text message telling me that [redacted] wasn't going to arrive on that day; he told me that [redacted]'s airplane was going to land the next day at night. The following week I kept trying to call and message the manager asking him when I could go to the office to talk to [redacted], but he wouldn't reply to my texts or answer my calls. I sent the manager another text message on Wednesday, August **, 2013 letting him know that I was going to show up at his office the following day to talk to [redacted] regarding my refund, but he still didn't reply. So on Thursday, August **, 2013, I showed up at the Atlantic Management USA Corp. office, and the receptionist, [redacted], told me that [redacted] wasn't available and that he would arrive from his vacation the following day, Friday. I, then, asked her to let me speak to either the manager or [redacted] but she told me that neither of them were available because they were in a meeting. I told her to please let either the manager or [redacted] know that I needed them to get in contact with me as soon as possible. She wrote down my name and phone number and told me that she would give both the manager and [redacted] my message when they went into the office the next day on Friday. But no one from Atlantic Management USA Corp. got in contact with me. On Saturday, September*, 2013, I showed up again at the Atlantic Management USA Corp. office to ask about my refund, and the manager told me that his boss, [redacted], still hadn't gotten back from his vacation in the Dominican Republic and he didn't know when he would be back. He also told me that he hadn't gotten in contact with me because his cell phone had not been working. I, then, called the police and tried to file a police report but the officers that showed up at the scene told me that there was nothing they could do. They told me that I could file a claim with small claims court. But I told them that I didn't have my contract or receipt of the $399 payment that I gave to Atlantic Management USA Corp. because I had given them to [redacted] when he asked me for them so that he could show them to his boss so that his boss could process my refund. The police officers then told me that I could file a complaint with the Revdex.com.Desired Settlement: I believe Atlantic Management USA Corp. should follow through on their word of refunding me my $399 since they were the ones who didn't follow through on their part of the contract of getting me trained as a security guard and assisting me in a job placement. The moment that I asked them for a refund, they didn't deny their failure in keeping their part of the contract. As soon as I asked for a refund, they agreed. The problem is that they haven't followed through with actually giving me my refund; they just keep giving me excuses and giving me the runaround.

Sincerely,

Review: Atlantic Management USA Corp. is a security agency and I paid $400 for them to provide me with the training courses (8 HR and 16 HR) and try to put me in a job. After paying everything I was sent to my first training class which was a 8hr course. The following day I went to continue the training and the owner of the facility had me remove from the class because Atlantic Management USA Corp never paid the school. I then requested a refund that same day and 5 weeks later I am still without any refund. They refuse to give me a refund even though the contract clearly says I can have a refund. So now every time I go to the office to speak to them, all they tell me is that I can take them to court.Desired Settlement: To return all my money because they didn't follow with their own contract.

They refuse to pay me back and threaten to to band me from their office if I spoke up for my selfDesired Settlement: I would like a refund for the money I paid. I would also like to let the others know that this is a rip off company and that no one should deal with them. All do is just take peoples promising job placement and you'll never get a job.

Sincerely,

Review: The company received my payment for a 10 hour OSHA class. I paid and went to the class. The company was suppose to provide a certificate that I took the class but it has been over a month and the certificate hasn't been given to me. I've contacted the company and they haven't responded to my call or strung me along when I did reach the representative. I believe that this company is a fraud. I have the contract and the receipts to prove that I paid for the class. This company swindles people for their money under false pretenses that they will be help in obtaining a job.Desired Settlement: I will like the company to refund the $425 that I gave them for the class. Sincerely,

Review: I was sent to a refferral service program and was asked for $140.00 to be placed into employment. The money was supposed to used for my uniform and application fee. I was sent to an interview where the company had no knowledge of the interview nor any knowledge of the company that sent me. They have people going into their offices all day paying fees for something that will never happen and I find that to be robbery and taken advantage of people like me that are seeking employment that dont really have money and selling us dreams but robbing us at the same time. something has to been done about this. I have 5 children and that money could have been used for them. They say they are a training services business but they are not.Desired Settlement: I want to be refunded my money and the transportation I used for the 4 days of car fare I had to use due to there lies which is about another $20 in transportation. Which equals to $160.00

Review: I got scammed for $424. This company targets people whose English is poor and misleads them into thinking that they can find employment with their help by paying a certain amount of money of course. For the record, I'm the victim, but my English is really bad, so I asked my girlfriend to write this complaint for me. Here is what happened: My girlfriend searched [redacted] to find job opportunities for me. This is the ad that I responded to "$$$INTERVIEW TODAY, WORK TOMORROW$$$. We are looking for individuals who are ready to start work NOW!! Maintenance/customer service/housekeeping. Only 25 positions!! Must be 18 yrs or older, must be able to pass a drug test. Must have OSHA, if not please mention this during the call. Please call to set an interview. [redacted]: ###-###-####, [redacted]. Compensation: up to $23.45" I called the ad, made an appointment with [redacted]. During the appointment I signed some papers, gave away $130 and then $294 during second appointment for the OSHA class and the employment that I thought I was going to get. This was literally my last money. I needed a job as soon as possible since I have a child to support. I could never imagine that someone out there has guts to trick people like this. It was really naive and not wise of me. I started to get worried when I showed the papers I signed to my girlfriend. Turns out the papers said that the money is for the OSHA class only.... and that employment is not guaranteed.... Nevertheless I proceeded with the instructions I was given. I attended what was supposed to be a 10 hour OSHA class, which in reality was about an hour long and they showed me some YouTube videos about the dangers of being hit by a car and so on... Then, they sent me off to land a job. All they did was give me an address of a hotel and said go to the HR department. When I came there the hotel told me that they have no idea about this company and that they don't hire people this way and they didn't know I was coming.... so I wasn't even considered for any job. Then I met with [redacted] again and she said there was some kind of mix up and that she'll send me to another job. She sent me all the way to New Jersey to a hospital's HR department. She said that this hospital is the main one and is affiliated with other hospitals and they for sure will place me. After 2 hours of traveling there I was faced with the same answers as the hotel gave me. They told me that this is a scam and that they didn't know I was coming and they don't work with any external staffing companies.... The hospital called [redacted] to find out why she would send me there but she didn't pick up the phone. Also I tried calling her but she doesn't pick up. Both times I represented myself well by being on time, dressed appropriately and polite. Also, before all this, [redacted] was trying to collect $200 more and promised to send me to a higher paying position. Boy am I glad I didn't pay more for this scam. Also, I should mention that their office has a strong smell of cannabis. I would have the same chances of being hired if I randomly walked into any hotel or hospital myself. So then why is the company charging so much? OSHA class doesn't cost that much either. Please please help justice be served.Desired Settlement: I'd like to have my money back. I have both receipts to prove the money was taken from me. Also, for the sake of other people I hope this company gets shut down.
