I don't know why some businesses think [redacted] off customers nets more business. Google reviews mostly all say the same thing about this company: Customer Service is pretty bad.

They asked me to come back and complete an order I had abandoned, offering in neon yellow to pay shipping, then squirreled out of it. The person I spoke to on the phone was a dishonest angry teenager, pretty much ruining my day, and of course, any good will.

Believe it or not, good customer service and reviews that reflect that reality is a real thing. Good thing to try.
