This is the first I've seen of this complaint on Revdex.com, as I try to be quite diligent in responding to any and all complaints or compliments we receive in any medium We're very sorry to hear that someone was dissatisfied with our services In review of the process it seems that [redacted] and [redacted] followed proper procedure [redacted] performed a brief leak check, as we do not always initiate them unless the customer requests it At $125/hr some customers prefer not to advance an extensive leak search if the system is performing at or near optimum pressures As always, when time elapses, it's difficult to determine what may have happened regarding a system's performance from the two weeks since the PM was completed to the next start date However, satisfaction is the most important part of what we do, so *** [redacted] , the service manager, properly reduced the bill to the cost of refrigerant, as it would have been a necessary addition regardless of the sequence of events, and we absorbed the cost of the OT labor
