Still waiting for my order. Spoke to female at AMS on July 2nd she said my order was invoiced on 07/01/2019 and would be going out that day. No update on order. Called 07/03/2019. Same female who told me there were no updates on my order. They update everyday at 12 pm. Song and dance about being hit by a tornado on June 30. Looked up the weather...no tornado just thunderstorms, rain, and wind. Then she said warehouse behind because of the storm but my package will be shipped today. Asked her how she knows my package will be shipped since she just told me that there was no way she could track my package. She did tell me they will be closed July 4 and 5 for the holiday. My order was placed and paid for last week. Now I have to buy my medical supplies locally. It will be next week at the earliest to receive my order. Hope they has fun. Will never order from AMS again. Yes a storm can delay things. However lying is not justified and in no way does bad weather endorse lying to a customer.

Review: On Friday, March **, 2015 an online order was placed, processed and charged to my [redacted] debit card in the amount of $77.46. As proof of purchase, the Trace # from my bank account for the $77.46 order is [redacted]. I bank at [redacted]. I paid extra for overnight shipping. 7 days later, I still haven't received my order and I've tried calling their business phone line of ###-###-#### twice a day every day three days in a row. I left voice messages every time. Please help!Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my order. I will never be using this company again. And perhaps, as a good gesture, this company might consider refunding a portion of the money spent.
