I disagree with the customer due to I gave him a great deal knowing he knew about the issues, I also written down all the known problems this had on the paperwork as "Consumer's Waiver of Defect" which means he accepts all the issues that the truck had. This is such a surprise to me that he now... wrong on my BBB for no reason thinking he can pull this one. I have my proof as he purchased it as is even though at time of sale if he told me to fix the issues I would of but we agreed at a certain price due to he wanted to take care of the issues his self. Thank you

contacted them they tried getting me to mail them a check and lying to my bank about seeing vehichle and them ship it to meI decided to drive there and check it out instead? I seemed happy with the vehichle? The truck would not even start and when they jumped it tranny fluid everywhereAnd obviously I wouldn't know about sign in office because we had over the phone deal and he said if wasn't pleased he would refund and he did notComplaint: ***

Again I am very surprised he is saying all this stuff he was aware of the non-refundable deposit and the only reason why he didn't buy the truck was because he low balled me and we couldn't come to an agreement and he wanted the deposit backI lost sales because I held the vehicle over weeks for him

This is such a surprise AGAIN since he is denying all this I am surprised my self he just can not accept why we couldnt come to a deal because I was low-balled I am in business to make money and not get lowballed so I loose $2,I did say the deposit will not be refundable because you knew when you left the deposit it was a non-refundable deposit. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because: We were told that he would fix the oil leak well the oil leak can only be fixed by replacing the motor the motor has so much blow by that it blew the oil cover right out of the mechanics hand also I have had motor like new no problems you told my husband to *** himself I should not have contacted Revdex.com well looking complaints u have yeah its you your lying I want skid steer trailer back or money or I have a great lawyer

I do not understand why they would change there story, no reason for me to lie that is why I did a even swap and helped you out big time on the price. Vehicle was sold as is and all mechanical issues were to be fixed by the customer.  Thank you
