I was needing brakes for my car and was doing research for parts on lineI had used a couple other auto parts and then went to the web site of HiresNever have I ever had such difficulty in trying to find parts and pricingI sent a message saying that the web site was not all that good and something should be doneThe purpose of the complaint was so that Hires could maybe update or fix the problemI mentioned for a point of reference that some one should look at the web site auto zone has and the ease of accessI received back one of the most hateful e-mails I have ever receivedIn fact the writer made the statement "I hope the parts you bought fail" I never mentioned that I had bought parts as like I said in my message I was doing researchIf this is the type of people that handle customer relations it is a very sad state of affairsI have the -emails I sent and received and are available for reviewThank you James p
