Everyone at Atlantic showed concern for every question we had about our boatYou guys are the bestHighly recommend!
Evan was very responsive and followed up and answered all my questions. The product was a great product and he delivered on everything that was promised to me.
My salesperson was Paul. He is a great guy!!! I met him a while ago. My brother bought a boat and motor from him. When I met him him, we were able to put something together.
Review: *Billing for Services Not Agreed To* and *Billing for Services Not Performed* My boat was hauled out by Westbrook Marine on Saturday, October 27, 2012. It was to be kept there and winterized for the season. Boat haul out is included in the winterization fee. A month later I get a bill for 'emergency haul out'. This was never discussed and never brought to my attention. I have discussed this numerous times with people at Westbrook Marine/Atlantic Outboard including their owner [redacted]. I have told them repeatedly, "I would not have pulled the boat out then if I had known there was an additional charge." On March 28th I spoke with [redacted] and later [redacted], "My insurance company [redacted] is willing to pay $132.33 towards the boat haulout and I am not paying anymore than that." Since that time the situation has escalated. I am being charged the haul out fee plus interest at an 18% annual rate. I have been charged improperly for materials, $159.88 for two quarts of oil. A gentlemen that has worked on my boat in past years at this marina was thrown off of the property. This delayed my boat getting into the water by three or four weeks and necessitated me using Westbrook Marine for other services that I did not intend to. I have been charged for services that have not been done (supposedly they commissioned my boat but there was *No* drive oil in it, not enough antifreeze and a triangle shaped two inch cut in one of the hoses leading to the engine). My boat would not have made it back to [redacted] in this condition. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.Regards, [redacted]
Desired Settlement: 1)Cancellation of the bill and interest for the 'emergency haul out' that was never agreed to.2)Refund for boat commisioning that was never done.3) Compensation for the delayed use of the boat and added expenses incurred by work having to be performed by Westbrook Marine.

To Whom it May Concern:
We wish to respond to the claims asserted by Mr. [redacted], largely embellished and absent precession of accuracy.
One October 27, 2012 on the eve of tropical storm "Sandy" Mr. [redacted] arrived unannounced at the Westbrook facility in distress with his subject vessel. Facing imminent peril for damage and destruction for his vessel, unless
removed immediately from Long Island Sound from the destructive path forecasted by the National Weather Service Westbrook agreed to haul and safely store the MV "Osprey." Westbrook had many other emergency duties for other customers in equal distress.
Mr. [redacted], manager of Westbrook advised Mr. [redacted] of the fees associated with the haul which were agreed upon in advance of services rendered. These fees are the same charged to all other customers. The fees are fair and reasonable and one half of the haul fee has been paid by Mr. [redacted]'s Insurance Company. Mr. [redacted] has failed to pay the balance due Westbrook constituting $131.10.
A statement for the outstanding charges remains due and constitutes a maritime claim of lien in rem against the vessel for said services. No other sums are currently due Westbrook, despite inaccurate and misleading editorial asserted in Mr. [redacted]'s complaint. A statement for the services is attached.
We are pleased to further discuss this matter with the Revdex.com or Mr. [redacted]. Westbrook is resolved to collect the balance due, and of course is offended by Mr. [redacted]'s specious accusations.

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT ACCEPT the response from the business.)
I DO NOT accept Atlantic Outboard/Westbrook Marine's response. I have requested a copy of my phone records from [redacted] and [redacted] and as soon as I have received them I will be providing a detailed, accurate and honest response. Sincerely, [redacted]
