replacing the flooring and baseboardsI let him know that the baseboards would be a separate priceHe negotiated a thousand dollars to paint a bed room 1/bathroom home walls no ceiling or trim I told him to deal directly with them that I would put it on my contract to simplify things He claimed that he paid me the thousand dollarsHe was also unaware that the guy he was telling that I had received a payment,was aware that I hadn't and was actually on three way call when he stated he would take care of it later and asked me to handle itI allowed him to know that the other party was upset and was going to report him to lniThis happened twiceI paid the guy out of pocket seven hundredThat he claims he doesn't remember agreeing to and he paid me back only Five hundredThis was only one of the many times I lost money to his games of amnesia even after seeing it on a signed contractHe has done this with Keller Supply Redmond/Home Depot Redmond To the point home depot gave him a eight hundred dollar breakSal at the store and the Supervisor at the pro Desk are witness to this ploy to swindleHe only wanted to pay thirty-five dollars per stair for the labor when its normally one hundred per stairHe was unaware of a lot of the problems that we resolved with out making him awareFree Of Charge.....in order to make progress because of the time limit he hadI did the floor floor for 70% of the actual cost and the bathroom I passed to another Contractor in which he paid me only forty five hundred dollars to do after agreeing on eight thousand We had to pull out all the rotted flooring and studsHe called in another designer who reiterated in front of him the exact thing I informed him and let him know that this job would normally cost him around twelve thousandThis Client is a night mareI have never had some one tell me the price of my labor,cause issue's around the time of a family emergency,lie about the job that I was responsible for and almost cost me my family due to working all day and all nightI had the plumbing changed three times in the bath roomI charged him once, removed and returned it to Keller Supply RedmondThe charged him a 10% restocking fee for the hassleI am one of fifteen people who laid witness to thisThere were four subs involvedAll paid in full he cost me moneyEveryone told me to back out he had no intention of paying me
