We purchased a car from this company weeks ago, and we still have not received our title weeks later, despite multiple attempts to obtain it
We purchased a Jeep Compass from this company weeks ago, and worked with the salesman named ***It was Friday, August when we purchased the car (paid in full, $4500), and he assured us the title would be in the mail to us on that following Monday, Aug20thWe waited till the end of that business week, and still receiving nothing (and hearing nothing from them), we called on Friday, Aug24th to find out the status of our titleWe were told that it still hadn't been sent to us, and we were told it was at the notary being notarized*** assured me that it would be in the mail shortlyI called back the next Monday, Aug27th, only to find out that it hadn't been at the notary at all, but still was at the auction from where the car was purchased*** again assured me it would be in the mail by the end of this weekI called aga

I purchased a vehicle from this company for my son did the down payment after being harrassed..the car was priced online going over my paper work the dealer charged this company takes a year old money with no problem, knowing something is wrong with the car I haven't had the car days its been smoking since I had it, sounds crazy, but they told me it had just been serviced it'll go away!!! Told me I have two warranties on the vehicle!! I have not drove the car but at the most times not even far work and home, took the vehicle to get diagnostics and its a $problem!!! Shop saying warranty not covered because the dealer put the wrong miles on my warranty paper!!! Messed up engine and leaking vavles!!!! After giving $of my childs money and receiving $diagnostics this is unacceptable!!!!! Im highly upset, if it was your child you be too!!!!
