Review: I believe this company sells based on false advertisements. I was advised by them that I can get a loan by them if I pay and close all my credit cards which I did. Then I was told that I had to pay upfront 1year of insurance which was over 10,000 which I also agreed with, however after I made all my payment and closed my credit cards which damages my credit they realized that you are not able to pay that insurance upfront. I was convinced to proceed with them based on false options. Furthermore my deposit of $1000 was then forfeited due to there false advertisements.Desired Settlement: I believe this was not fair and I damaged my credit and lost and extra $1000 to the lawyer, I also feel that they should pay the lawyer that $1000.00

I would like to proceed based on my complaint
Review: I have a 30 yr fixed rate mortgage with a monthly payment of $2644.11 which includes (Princpal, Interest, Property taxes and Insurance).
I've been making a monthly payment of $2939.36, which is over what the actual payment should be. They take the extra funds and put them in unapplied and let the funds sit there for months doing nothing.
My property taxes went up and they didn't use the funds overpayment to meet the increase in property taxes. They recalculated my escrow on eronious data.
They started to charge late fees and changed my monthly payment which is incorrect. My monthly payment of $2939.36 more than suffices to cover the increase in property taxes.
There seems to be questionable accounting principles in their practice to take advantage of customers. I've contacted them a number of times to try and resolve my problem with no success.Desired Settlement: Apply funds received appropriately
