I just spoke with Mr [redacted] What prompted this is he went to Falcone VW and they pointed this stuff out on an inspection They quoted him $to rectify He asked if we would give him a check I told him I would like the opportunity to personally see the car thru and convinced him He said this was our last chance and was very adamant to that factI have an e-mail with all the facts into David H [redacted] at VW so we can get the stickers ordered and will follow up with the guest at that timeI will update once these minor things are handled/

This is a follow up to my response on 9/14/2016 in reference to complaint # [redacted] . Mr. [redacted] and I have been in contact and will hopefully resolve the concern. I am in contact with our third party credit vendor and they have given me instructions on what is needed to have the Inquiries in question removed. I will forward the information as soon as I receive what is needed from Mr. ***. The credit bureau agencies need a request in writing with signatures to get the inquiries reversed. Mr*** purchased a vehicle from us on Feb24th we use a third party vendor to process out of state paperworkTom Wood title department processed the paperwork in the required amount of time so that Mr***’s license plates wouldn’t expireHowever the Virginia BMV delayed the
paperwork, therefore we sent Mr*** a dealer plate on 4/13/to make sure he was still able to use his vehicle. Notification was received that the Virginia BMV completed his Virginia Registration and he is able to apply for his plates

To whom it may concern:All matters that have caused the guest delay in plating the vehicle have been resolvedThe guest just needs to take the buyers order to the BMV today or tomorrowThe delay was in part due to the guest having an out of state drivers license and the failure on our part to
promptly obtain a copy of a social security card. The vehicle was sold on 05/30/and the temporary tag expired on 07/01/The vehicle has not legally been driven since the First of July or daysThe guest is requesting months of vehicle paymentsWe are willing to pay days of his vehicle payment or $if that would ensure his happiness. We are losing several thousand dollars, but it is not as bad as I first believed.We have done business with Tom Wood Ford for over years and have always been treated fairly We are disappointed that the dealership did not appear to appreciate our loss or go the extra mile to help resolve this. Had they promptly provided the insurance company with appropriate documentation, the issue could have been quickly resolved. We spent two weeks trying to find information for the insurance company which asked us to provide proof of the stolen vehicles value. We even sent the window sticker from the stolen vehicle. It was not until we emailed several members of Tom Wood management that any action was taken and they provided the needed documentation. It was a week later before we heard from anyone. It was another two weeks before we had a replacement vehicle. A month total.The dealership did not return our calls for assistance. The corporate office did not return our callsThe only contact we had came two weeks after our vehicle was stolen saying they no longer wanted to pay for the rental car There is inadequate video surveillance on the lot which is at the corner of a very busy intersection as we were told only still pictures taken seven minutes apart were available . We were very happy with our original vehicle and would not be involved in this situation if it had not been left on the lot with the key in it after being serviced

Guest had $2,worth of repairs done that included fixing his air conditioning, brakes, belts, etcAt the time, all we found was low on refrigerant, so we did all the other repairs and recharged his AC.After the AC was fully charged we found a leak at the evaporatorThat
repair alone is another $2,and his budget for this visit was no more than the original $2,000.He was upset that the invoice was going to be double after he was told everything could be done for $2,000.We first tried to split the difference of the second repair, but he explained that he is a young doctor getting his practice going and that was not acceptable to him right nowHis parents have been long time Lexus owners and have purchased many cars here and he plans to alsoWe negotiated doing everything for $2,500.At $2,he is extremely happy that we are willing to help and plans on staying with us

Upon completing the purchase for this car at Tom Wood Porsche Audi, I paid to have the car titled and registered as contracted with the Finance Department at Tom Wood Porsche Audi, after which, I was told that I would receive license plates of this vehicle within days of purchase.It has not happened Sincerely, *** ***

Dr*** is absolutely correct that we did indeed make a mistake with the email exchange. We have apologized and still sincerely do regret the erroneous information. We have already refunded Dr***'s deposit and I can completely understand his desire for us to compensate
him on his time and effort to drive to Indianapolis from Ft Wayne. Unfortunately in my world recently I have had to deal with doctors a lot more that I would wish on anyone. Per consumer, as of May 22, this issue was resolved by the accounting department The customer information was not in our system as the purchase was made by another person, under a different name

Mr*** purchased this vehicle on lineEnclosed find the e mail trail that on April 11th he sent back to us, Thank You, the car is awesomeLater, he was unhappy with the leather in one place and we sent him a check for floor matts and a minor seat repairMr*** weeks later called and
said that we repaired the rear bumper and tried to conceal the problemWe researched that complaint and at no time did we do any repair on the bumperMr*** has also contact the previous owner who told him he did not do any paint work to the bumperHis last phone conversation was with Don W***, and the subject was all about the rear bumperMr*** then said there was a smoke smell in the carHe somehow contact the previous owner again, who told him that he did not smoke in the carWe are a very reputable organization and believe we represented this car properlyThank you for your consideration of this complaint

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowMy car continues to have issues related to them not diagnosing it correctly and the work they said needed performed did not resolve the issuesThey have given me inaccurate results regarding my alignment each time my car is in their service departmentThey have told me its misaligned then aligned accuratelyThey told me tires needed replaced now they tell me fourThey have mislead me since my first visit and after reconsideration I'm not spending another dime at this dealershipThey also told me I would receive the tires at "dealer cost" then the service advisor slipped and told me those were marked up as wellI've been lied to and want my car repaired at their expense or I'm taking it to small claims courtI have contradicting "alignment" reports from the dealership as evidence to support the claimThe service manager has also stated several times that the advisor, Mike, who was initially handling my service "didn't know what he was doing because he was recently transferred from a different department"I have moved out of state and can't bring my car back to tom wood Audi but will be in town several times a monthThey can refund my last service and purchase of the tires they marked up (after agreeing to sell them to me at cost) or I'm contacting American Express to dispute the charge and and filing a lawsuit for negligence.
