I've lived in these apartments for a total of almost yearsIt's been a expensive and horrible experience this is probably one of the most expensive apartments to live inWith that being said the gates to these complexes are probably broken and have been been broken for 90% of the time I've lived herethey this year decided to add a charge to pick up garbage and provided us with a garbage can that was stolen within a wk and many of my neighbors have had there garbage can stolenTo make matters worseEveryone received letters saying they would be fine for not having the bag in a garbage or for having too manyAlso many and many people have gotten there cars robbedAlso there is never enough parking only available are handicap and that's rareMy last straw which is understandable is there is no parking anywhere besides the parking spotMy year old mom came to my house pulled up front to pick up her kids and by the time we walked out they were towing it and she was charged $and let's not talk of the fact we live near a dump so once it rains it smells horrible outsideThe apartments look nice but all done with cheap materialSidings have fallen out, railings are coming apart, my vaccuum sucks up a good percentage of the rug on a daily basisAnd so onI defdo not recommend anyone here

To make matters worse. Everyone received letters saying they would be fine for 1 not having the bag in a garbage or for having too many. Also many and many people have gotten there cars robbed. My 56 year old mom came to my house pulled up front to pick up her kids and by the time we walked out they were towing it and she was charged $250 and let's not talk of the fact we live near a dump so once it rains it smells horrible outside. The apartments look nice but all done with cheap material. Sidings have fallen out, railings are coming apart, my vaccuum sucks up a good percentage of the rug on a daily basis. And so on. I def. do not recommend anyone here

Review: Management miscalculated on my final move-out statement. They still owe me $64. I faxed them a letter and paperwork - to prove receipt and their error - on ** july. I called that day and the biller was unavailable. On ** August I visited in person, was told they could not pull my files, but that my "check was in the mail" No check yet. I have not cashed the first incorrect check yet.My last day was ** June. [redacted] = 80%. My monthly rent was: $2085, the month to month charge was $209 monthly and the trash was $25 monthly. I had zero issues/charges per walk-out and paperwork they signed. they correctly charged 80% of the MTM and Trash charges - but charged me $1732 instead of $1668 for the 24 days!Desired Settlement: I want a refund and Revdex.com posting to warn others of creepy and incompetent management here
