this liner was installed over a sand bottom when the liner was removed the bottom was in bad shape we touched up the bottom of the pool and installed the linerI received a call back from both sun valley and the homeowner I went back was shown the spots of concern drained the pool touched up sand again and reinstalled the linerdid not here anything about this until now which is a year later .If they want again I will go and look at the pool and discuss optionsSand bottoms are never perfect and never will be they always show any and all imperfections the only way around this is to put in a vermiculite bottom and still this is a hand trowel I am willing to discuss and explain any and all options like I said I haven't heard anything since the pool was touched up last year

I am rejecting this response because: I understand the sand bottom premiseHowever, this is my third liner and the previous installers did a perfect jobNow, all of a sudden the bottom is in bad shapeIt is my opinion that this installer just does not have the ability to properly install my liner and I would not recommend them to anyone in the same positionIn regards to a year later, the pool was closed for the winter! I simply cannot understand why this installer is not capable and two others wereThe only reason why this liner was changed, was due to a chemical in balance which removed the decorative finish on the linerIt was still quite functional but not decorativeThank you for the replyI guess I will just eat the cost of installation and hire someone elseOf course I will have to purchase another linerSun Valley Pools, the actual purchaser has lost a good customer due to this problem! Hopefully, they have the good sense to use someone else
