Sent a termination notice on January 2, 2020 and had included a check for the month of January. Spoke to the office manager, ***, requesting back my check in the amount of $80.00 for the month of January. *** stated that it should take two weeks. The check was cashed on 1/6/20. I had texted the phone number on two other occasions requesting for the check and have not received a response. It is now 2/24/20. It is now 52 days and I have waited for a text, call or a refund in the mail to no avail. I believe that after a period of time without my contact that they will keep the amount of $80.00 for services which were terminated. This money would be used to hire a new yard service. In the meantime, the anxiety of having the City of Royal Palm Beach give me a fine for the lack of upkeep of my property is giving me anxiety and unnecessary worry.
Refund I would like my money back in the amount of $80.00. I have already sent a certified, return receipt requested to Atlantic Property Maintenance and Management for my money.
I received a check in the mail in the amount of $80.00 which is the amount requested by me. By a separate email I will forward you a copy of the check and the envelope. Thank you once again for your assistance. I believe that if I hadn't addressed my concern with your office, the outcome would've been negative.
