to the owners nearly impossible to deal with. We terminated the contract to take effect immediately and no rents were collected for the month of June. On 7/13/15 I emailed the owner letting them know they receiving their final check for $823.10 and letting them know we did not have a security deposit on file for this tenant. Revdex.com has been provided with the Electrical Invoice and copy of check business paid to electrical contractor. Additionally, business clarified that deposit received from consumer had been requested to be sent directly to property owner, which it was in 2013 at time of tenant's initial lease. No further deposit was ever required or received from tenant as she remained as tenant until time of contract termination.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. That was from the first time we utilized them as property managers. The date on the check is the first time we terminated them as property managers.  Pleasr look at the date on the check and compare it to when we signed the last contract with them.  We never got a refund from the second time we used them.  I also do not see anywhere where it proves we got rent checks the last few months.  The email traffic between alaina and I indicates they refused to send us the checks after they claimed they got lost in the mail.
