Complainant executed a Real estate contract to purchase a homeContract was cancelled by complainant after a home Inspectioncomplainant never visited our office to pick up her refund checkwe offered to mail the refund checkcomplainant demanded that MrB [redacted] had to travel to [redacted] *** to hand deliver the recued checkShe was upset that check had been mailed instead of hand deliverthis is a disgruntled complaint without basisCheck was already mailed to complainant
