Review: I originally contracted this company to replace the pipes within my condo since it was mandatory, I went ahead and gave the information to the HOA so that they could spread the word for the others in the condo to use itMy neighbor below me decided to use the same company and we agreed on mutual dates so that it would be done together the company stated they could do both condos at the same time and get us both done within a few daysToday 10/8/they were supposed to be finishing my unit as far as the drywall and paintingthe mother of the neighbor downstairs decided to throw a fit and they went running to finish his condo firstI called the company and they were giving me the run aroundthey told me yes they are doing it right now and will finish todayI let them know that I was home and that nobody was in my condothey said ok well then they will be up there in a few minutesalmost an hour later someone comes upstairs grabs the color swatches I originally kept from painting my walls and they said they would be back around or 2pm to finish my condo so they could finish downstairsThis is not fair to mei had to take the day off so they could finish my condo and because the neighbor downstairs throws a fit, they give her, her way? her day to be finished is tomorrowThey kept bouncing me around on the phone telling me they were working on it and that it would get doneI am also paying a lot of money for this too and I should have some priority in this manner, yet they have gone through this lady neighbor downstairs the whole time because she keeps throwing fitsIm sorry but as a customer I deserve my respect and response in a timely mannerthey did all rescheduling through her and had I not called in, they would of never called to tell when services were going to start or endAlso they kept telling me they would be done today, but how is that possible when drywall takes some time to dry? How are they going to paint over wet drywall?Desired Settlement: I would like an apology and I would also like for them to finish the job correctly
