This process has been HORRIBLETotally and completely unacceptable that one has done such in came in between my daughter and I livelihood!

We moved in October of from the moment we moved in we've been having all kinds of problems from the hot water *** being broken on the kitchen sink to the shower head spouting from all sides then the bathroom sink has been clogged for months, "porcelain" tub is now peeling again ! Door frame was sticking out like somebody tried to take it apart water coming through the ceiling possibility of mold All types of stuff going on with this town home and when you call the rent office and have maintenance come out they don't do anything but say oh we dont have this or that in the shop .its ridiculous!!

Very poor customer serviceYou speak with the receptionist to voice concerns and work orders that are not being done at one of their properties, and instead of corporate calling you to follow upThey have their leasing office call, who just lies about having completed something already or that their going to complete something, only for months to go by and it still is not completeTheir a joke and so is their Jamestowne properties!

There is trash in and out of bags scattered through out pubic alley
I am a homeowner whose back yard is is opposite the rear of *** The tenants do not use the dumpster There is trash scattered all around the dumpster area and alley I have been to local office at ***, and written the corporate office, over the last year and it has only gotten worse
When I look from my kitchen window all I see is garbage, and lots of it! There are rats, roaches, and flys attracted to our neighborhood because of the carelessness of this complex In the front of my home is a lovely, well manicured neighborhood From the back I see garbage I can't even invite friends over for a cook-out Despite my flower and vegi- gardens, and all my attempts at lovely back yard, the stench and vile view takes over! Please help This is bringing down the neighborhoods property value!
