Thank you for taking the time to notify us of the unsatisfactory experience [redacted] had while visiting ***/ [redacted] While we empathize with [redacted] s unfortunate experience we feel the signage is appropriateDirectional signs are posted on columns, reserved space is marked on the floor and on a plaque mounted on a 3' concrete wall at eye sight level, all visitor spaces are clearly marked on the floor as wellThis is the very first towing in this location for reasons provided by [redacted] in the past years. It is our opinion, that individuals have a responsibility to read signs and familiarize themselves with the area they are parked in to avoid, towing, ticketing, warnings...etcUnfortunately, we will not be able to honor [redacted] s refund request. If you have any question, please don't hesitate to contact us.Thank you,Dedee B [redacted] Vice President, ARC Management

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: While I appreciate the response of the business, the pictures that I clearly posted show the signs are contradicting in natureWhile the posted signs at eye and vehicle height state that all spaces between the arrows are visitor spots, the one space I parked in has a waist high sign stating reservedThe business states the reserves sign is eye height, but the sign is 3ft heigh, so unless the person driving is feet tall it is not eye height to the average driverIn addition this sign is below the level of the rear view mirror of a car and not clearly visibleThe marking on the floor is covered up by the vehicle once it is parked inIn simplest terms, two signs state visitor parking between these arrows, the space itself states reserved and contradicts the other posted signsThose reserved identifiers are not as clearly visible or as large as the other posted signs stating visitor space I would will be interested in pursuing a full reimbursement for the tow due to the signage being unclear Regards, ***

While I appreciate the response of the business, the pictures that I clearly posted show the signs are contradicting in nature. While the  posted signs at eye and vehicle height state that all spaces between the arrows are visitor spots, the one space I parked in has a waist high sign stating reserved. The business states the reserves sign is eye height, but the sign is 3ft heigh, so unless the person driving is 3 feet tall it is not eye height to the average driver. In addition this sign is below the level of the rear view mirror of a car and not clearly visible. The marking on the floor is covered up by the vehicle once it is parked in. In simplest terms, two signs state visitor parking between these arrows, the space itself states reserved and contradicts the other posted signs. Those reserved identifiers are not as clearly visible or as large as the other posted signs stating visitor space.  I would will be interested in pursuing a full reimbursement for the tow due to the signage being unclear.
