I have contacted Buckeye though their website and requested contact four times and have only received automated e mails that say a customer service representative will contact me within hoursI have yet to receive a responseI have complained that the internet service they provide cuts in and out and I cannot utilize it to the extent that I am paying for it month to month My concerns have yet to be addressed a month after my first contact Buckeye cable is not concerned with their customers and cannot provide a solution to the problems after multiple attempts to gknatc them
