I told my crew not to drive on her lawn on multiple accounts, I now fired that employee so this problem wont happen again

never had a response and I frankly doubt that the employee has been firedThe company receives a lot of business not only from individual customers in this neighborhood, but also from the home owner's association to which I pay duesI will continue to rate this business poorly until I receive a phone call from the owner
