This company has been sold, unknown to us. We have paid them, in full, for an annual contract. Never have we been informed that the company changed.This company never told us that they had changedhands. We found out the hard way after our alarm went off. The new company had no idea who we were or who are preferred people were to call in the event of an emergency. We are mad as hell.
