On April 15, my husband and I closed on a home that Atlantic Settlement Group, LLC handled the closing
procedures for At closing I made all parties involved aware that Lot 17J was not mentioned anywhere on the closing documents, that only Lot 17K was listed, which was the lot that the home is built onWe were instructed by the closing agent from Atlantic Settlement Group, LLC to sign the documents that we would receive an addendum linking Lot 17J to the deed Several months later the owners of Lot 17J generated a Quit Claim Deed to place said lot into our ownership This happened on September 8, We recently received a Delinquent Real Estate Tax Bill for Lot 17J for the entire year We contacted Atlantic Settlement Group, LLCto explain to them what was going onThey are telling us that we are responsible for the Real Estate Taxes for Lot 17J from April 15, forthWE DO NOT AGREE with that because Lot 17J was not placed into our ownership until Septe
