I placed an order on 09/for an embosserCurrently I am pursuing a certification and my deadline was 09/I called the company several times and they do not provide tracking numbers therefore I was at the mercy of customer service My address is a private house and I have always received deliveries without specifying a floorThe first representative did not indicate that I was missing a floor, the second representative, Angie took my updated information and ensured that I would receive it by September 29, After UPS came yesterday and today I still did not receive the package I called to cancel the order for a full refundI have missed my deadline for the month and had to order from another companyI am requesting that Atlantic Stamp & Kit cover my delivery fees & cost difference of the new order totaling $Thank you for your time and consideration Product_Or_Service: Limited Liability Company Seal Order_Number: XXXXX

I ordered a binder and company certificates; the name of the company was misspelled on the binder and the certificates
The binder and certificates have a misspelled name by one letterI called and requested the company to correct the matter by reissuing a new binder&certificatesThey refused to do this, since they claim it wasn't their fault in regards to the misspellingThis company doesn't have a process in place to check for the accuracy of the orderThe mailing address of the company is clearly different by ONE letter from the name printed on the binderThis company doesn't want to check with the customers on order accuracy and they just mail whatever is there without a control process
