The photos on their website did not show any of the damageThey deliberately hid the damage in the photosI specifically asked about the damage which the car had prior to purchase and was assured by my salesman that the vehicle was free from this damageI very specifically asked my salesman *** if the car had any "Door dings, wheel damage, scratches in the paint or previous body work?" My salesman lied as the damage is very noticeable even from a good distance away. The transportation company reported the exact damage on the car on pick up that I am complaining about! They did not just just call is "wear and tear"The report from the transaction company is detailed and attachedPlease review attached Bill of LandingI was only offered $180, not $I have their letter and can email, but only allow for attachmentsRegardless the damage was $and I would not accept $or $500. I purchased this car miles away and paid $for shipping based on the excellent condition I was promised the vehicle was inIf I wanted one in poor condition, I could have found it in TX very easilyThe key here is that I was VERY specific as the questions I asked my salesman *** as to the condition of the vehicle, "if there were any scratches, door dings, curb rash on the wheels or any previous paint or body work?"I asked these exact questions and was told "NO" My salesman *** told me no and that was not true3rd party condition report from pick up attached and photos proves this. Altantic Subaru was not honest in their dealings with me and misrepresented the condition of the car I purchasedIt cost me $to return the vehicle into the condition I was promised it was in when I purchased it not to mention a good deal of my timeIt is only right that I am reimbursed the amount it costs to put the car in the condition I was promised it was in when purchasedI was not expecting a new condition carYou can see many many small areas of damage on the bill of landing pick up reportI accept these other small areas of damage however, I will NOT accept the fact that my salesman lied to me about the specific damage I inquired about and I must be compensated for my expense to repairI would not have purchased the car if I was told the truth by my salesman that the car had a bad door damage, had been hit in the back and rear bumper repainted and paint was cracked on the divers side of bumper, that all four wheels had damage and and been poorly painted Regards,

The business owner is offering me to trade in my car on another one they have in stock. I live 1600 miles away in TX. I paid $75,000 for the used car and was very specific about model, year, mileage, color and options. The business does not have any comparable cars in stock. I was VERY specific with the business when I inquired about the condition of the car I was buying. I asked my salesman if the car had any door dings, curb damage on the wheels or any previous paint or body work. The business assumed me that it did not. The car arrived with VERY obvious damage to the door, wheel and previous paint work. I had to pay $3300 to repair the car to the condition I was promised it was in when I purchased it. After taking delivery and seeing the very bad damage, I called business and told them I did not want the vehicle and they refused to accept it back. The shipping company documented all the damage when they picked it up from the business. Business has only offered $160 then $500 to repair the vehicle. It cost me $3300 to repair damage I was promised the car was free from. Business has been impossible to communicate with and does not return calls or emails. Please help! Thank you, [redacted]
