To Revdex.com,
Thank you for contacting us. Unfortunately, [redacted] no longer operates a location at that address. We closed and moved out of that address in December of 2010.
The business that is now located in address is...
apparently doing some window tinting and possibly representing themselves as [redacted]. Where they given a receipt?
Thanks,

Review: I have had a problem with hearing back the salesperson at Atlantic Sun who sold us the window film. He insisted that the film would significantly reduce the amount of heat coming through my floor-to-ceiling windows but that is the furthest thing from the truth. When we contacted him again, he promised to come by within two weeks but after several emails has yet to respond. We paid over $1,300 for this and it is completely unacceptable to be given a product that has made absolutely no difference in our heat intake.Desired Settlement: I would like them to come back and re-install new film that would address the original problem.

Response:
[redacted], Thanks for checking back with us. I have been in contact with the customer and the reviewed their original film selection. Unfortunately, it seems the film they selected (Vista VS61) is not strong enough for the level of sun exposure they have in their home. I advised that they should have selected a darker film that has a higher level of heat rejection. Regrettably, we were never given access to the condo prior to the install, perhaps if our salesmen had seen the exposure he could have advised a film that would have better met their needs. We do our best to point our customers in the right direction but in the end it is up to them to select the film that best meets their needs. I cases such as this, where a customer selects a film they are not happy with, (whether it’s because the films too dark, too light, too shiny, too blue, etc..) we remove the film for free and then install new film at 50% off our regular prices. In this case, I actually offered them 60% off a new film and then lowered even more to $600.00. I just can’t do it for the amount they would like. At this point, we haven’t heard back from the customer. Hopefully we can be of help. Thanks, [redacted]
