In response to the complaint filed by [redacted], case number XXXXXXXX. I have addressed the customer's concerns with the store manager...
[redacted]. The customer had a contact lens exam on 12/16/15 at a cost of [redacted] and paid an additional [redacted] to upgrade to the EyeCare Club for a total of [redacted]
The EyeCare Club membership is nontransferable and nonrefundable. However, on 6/20/16 the customer was refunded [redacted] in the form of a corporate check. We ask that the customer please allow 7-10 business days for the check to arrive.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Unfortunately, we will not be able to provide the customer a [redacted] refund at this time. If the customer is unhappy with any other portion of her order please have her return to the vision center with the product, the refund will be processed at that time.
