Review: I purchased a Wheel Motor from this company for $479.99. Product was defective (verified) owner Mike M[redacted] @ ###-###-#### agreeded to credit my [redacted] account (I have e-mail) sent by him and now he will not answer my calls (i have made over 30 calls) and left messages, and have sent dozens of emails as well will no response from him.

The item number purchased was [redacted] Ticket # [redacted] in checking internet comments from other customers then have experience the same problems. His email is [email protected]. (he will not respond!

The motor was sent to my by UPS and drop shipped from a company nameed [redacted]com

I purchased this motor in good faith and am asking you to please help me if you can. $500.00 is a lot of money and nobody should sell a product that they do not stand behind.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give me.Desired Settlement: To have the company keep there written (e-mail) promise to refund me for the product.

Dear [redacted],Per our conversation a few minutes ago, The reason a month went bye is that this wheel motor goes on a riding mower and we don't mow in Jan, Feb, or March in the mountains where I live.Atlantic tool warehouse says they never had a problem like this, but the Internet has several recorded responses with problems with this company on public access.I did not wait to contact Mr. M[redacted], he will never answer the phone, or return calls. It always, always goes to a voice mailbox. Email messages are never answered (another problem noted by many other buyers.) I have phone records and saved, sent messages over 24 + times. To prove it just try to call the number his lists as [redacted]. I would be more then happy to supply you with my documents. How did I even know who [redacted]r was (the Co. that made it), and drop shipped it to me.The motor was not returned because he would answer my calls on where to sent it back to.I would be happy to return it and have offered to do so, but I need to know where to send it.He did not meet the obligations and agreements upon which I purchased this motor for over $450.00.I even have emails he sent me asking how he could return the $ through pay pal and they even contacted him.He asked for my [redacted] ID and information, That what sounds fishy! I have kept this request he made.[redacted] is how I paid for it and they are the ones who advised me to contact the Revdex.com in PA.No one should be allowed to operate a business and treat their customers like I was treated.Please open this complaint again and let me know if you have received this message.Regards,

I felt the purpose of my claim was to work out a reasonable agreement between the buyer and seller.

I really don't care how many positive feedbacks he has received, my interest is in the way he transacted business with me.

He would not answer my phone calls or emails for me to obtain an address to ship the defective motor back to him within the warranty period, and conveniently he now states it is out of warranty.

I had no idea who [redacted] was, my dealing were just with his business Atlantic Tool Warehouse.

He offered to return my $499 to [redacted] (I have the email) and then refused to talk or contact me or return my money.

I don't understand what he means by stating I want to "take a shot at him company", all I am asking is that he be fair and do what right in conducting businesses and in good faith understand that he shipped me a defective product.
